Carissa let out a wild laugh that made the boy look over his shoulder with fright. She winked and blew him a kiss. “ No worries darling.” She trilled. She danced around Rabastan and giggled, running her hands across his robes and then turning to prance down the small hill. “I love games,” She breathed, her arms spread out as she twirled. “Hm, I hope it is a very lovely present.” She put a finger to her lips and shushed the whimpering boy, when he didn’t listen she gritted her teeth and hissed, “Silencio!” The whimpering stopped and the boy gaped, his hands clawing at his throat. “I said, SHUSH.” She slapped him hard across the face and snarled. Rodolphus tightened his hold on Chance, pushing him more roughly down the slope.
The air seemed to have gone cold and still, something about it brought a dazzling feeling to her stomach and her eyes were bright with enthusiasm. Naturally she was very angry with Chance, which only pushed forward her random psychotic behavior. Her wand was being twirled around her fingers and her lips held a permanent smirk. This was fun to her. Being able to punish something was equivalent to the pleasure a man feels while being aroused, though she wasn’t necessarily turned on. As the thought seemed to cross her mind as she attempted to explain herself why she felt this way her face took a puzzled look, but almost immediately went back to a wicked smirk.
She watched the way Bellatrix walked, each step was feral and very mesmerizing. Carissa took note to her clenched jaw and cold eyes, startling herself with how observant she had become. Her own movements were not nearly as terrifying or fatal, her walk had become more of gliding and her eyes were not cold but lit up. Oddly, their minds were about on the same track. Carissa felt the blooming hatred and thought of many ways to make the boy wish he had never been born.
Passing Rabastan she stopped, turned to face him and pouted. “I really wish you could join us, I was just starting to like you.” She sighed and skipped away. The smile that crept on her face was cold and hungry, she for a moment could not speak. “Oh, I’ll try not to.” She spoke, her voice was barely above a whisper as if she were trying not to yell. Before she could make the first move Rodolphus stepped forward, He had already thrown the boy on the ground and now loomed over him.
“Filthy coward,” He hissed. He flicked his wand and the boy could speak, he began spluttering nonsense which brought a loud hoarse laugh from Roddy. With a flick of his wrist the boy burst into flames. He let out a scream that echoed across the lawn, but was soon went silent. He writhed in pain and choked on his shrieks. After a few moments the flames where gone, but Chance was still there and very much alive. He had large blisters and burn marks all over his body, but seemed to be conscious enough for a few more rounds of fun. He raised his wand again, but Carissa smacked it away.
“Move over,” She hissed, it only took a look at her face to drive him back. She began circling the crumpled boy, her mouth twisted into a look of disgust. “Stand up!” She barked. Chance whimpered, but slowly rose to his feet. “What should I do with you?” A splutter was the response she got, which made her sigh. “Very well…crucio!” He fell, emitting an ear splitting scream, writhing, and twitching on the ground. The boy was very good at losing his voice, he began to gap like a fish out of water. She towered over him, letting a cackle escape her lips, she only stopped when she remembered that he wasn’t supposed to be too broken. She took a step back, her eyes on Bellatrix.
