Andrea was tired. Tired of her life. She didn't know why, but she was pretty frustrated with herself. Everyone made her seem like she was too out of it. Or that's what she thought. maybe that was why she was in the library. She usually wasn't. it wasn't like she didn't like the books there. Just the types of books they had. Really dreadful. Magical books weren't her type. Shouldn't be anyone's, really, she thought. Especially the ones that try to eat you. She just noticed that her palms were a bit sweaty and she was taking deep breaths as if she were running. Andi swallowed, looked around, nervously, and went to an isle of books. Cracking her knuckles, she decided to set her mind of of things- even if it meant reading a book from here.

"Leave. Me. Alone." Francesca snapped at some first year who wouldn't shut up and leave her alone. Because really, she really didn't care how cool their purple elephant stuffed animal named Dumbo was or whatever. Rolling her eyes, Francesca just turned around and walked off, ignoring the protests from the small boy. She didn't really know where she was going, she couldn't leave Hogwarts, and if she even could, where the hell would she go? Walking rather hurriedly, she made up her mind on the library. It was quiet there, right? Hopefully. And maybe hopefully that librarian had forgotten that she had banned Francesca from the library in third year. Her memory couldn't be that good when you were that old. Walking into the library, looking around quickly. Approaching the nearest book shelf, she pulled out a random book and sat at the closet table.

One, two, three. Andi counted in her head, before opening her eyes again. What was her problem? Or problems. Firstly, she had a problem figuring out what her problem was. She would usually just blame it on her mood swings. But she knew it wasn’t the real reason. Grades? She coul really care less. Boys? None that important in her life. Friends? Not many, but.. she couldn’t think of an excuse for it. She didn’t really have a problem not being with a large group of buddies. Sighing, she realized that maybe she just needed someone to talk to and someone that understood her. Rolling her eyes at what a baby she was being, Andi grabbed a book at random out of the shelf and within half a second turned around to find a table. However, some careless student had a stack of books where she turned, causing her to trip over them and fall face down, over the large and scattered pile.

Thalia really had to stop leaving things until the last minute.
What happens when you do?
You get stuck inside on a beautiful, sunny day, in a dusty library, occupied by a harpy of a librarian, who watches you like a hawk. You get various paper cuts, and your eyes are exhausted. After three books, you don't take anything in.
This was the predicament Thalia was in.
She finally finished Elvendork: A Brief History. She plopped that on to the pile, and picked a book up from the top of her lovely, organised, pile of books. ....We said, pile. Not heap. Thalia's eyes widened. "What son of a bi- Biggledygoop -" Too much time talking to Xenophilius - "Knocked over my -" She began to exclaim.
"Miss Wintringham! This is a library!" Madam Pince hissed, acid dripping from her tone.
"Sorry," Thalia said, not so apologetically, and turned her anger on whoever destroyed the pile. Hey, it was Andi. "Andi. What the hell are you doing on the floor?" Thalia said, peering over the table at the girl.

Looking up curiously as she heard a thud, Francesca watched a girl fall down. Raising at eyebrow with a smirk as she heard a slightly familiar voice after it, she stood up and wandered over to the source of the noise. Leaning on the book shelf with her arms crossed, looking to Thalia, then to Andrea. "Tsk, Tsk, Thalia. By now I think you would know to put the books in separate piles so people don't fall." She teased, the smirk still lasting. Francesca held out her hand to Andi, not really caring if she took it or not.
Well, this at least got her safe from reading and pretending she actually had something important to do. "And Thalia, to answer for her, I believe she tripped over your stack of books." Francesca said lazily, looking to Thalia. Quickly glancing to the librarian to had now moved on to work on something, Francesca looked back to the two girls.

Andi could feel the heat rising from her cheeks to her ears. Another reason, perhaps. She wasn’t the best around people. At least one of those two was Thalia, who was somewhat close to her. Attempting a shy smile, Andi gave her head a slight shake and got up from the ground, smoothening non-existing creases from her uniform skirt. She wasn’t being rude or timid of Francesca’s offer, and to prove that she mumbled a thank-you, but she was more of an independent person- even in the smallest things, such as this situation. Then she turned to Thalia. “Yeah, sorry, Thalia,” she apologized, though the thought of her not needing to popped in her mind, since Thalia was the one piling books and making fire hazards, however it seemed appropriate to say it, although it was a bit unusual for Andi to be polite, especially with friends. Maybe it was because she wasn’t in her ‘Andi mood’. There were simply just too many mysteries about Andi. Instead of pursuing trying to figure out the enigma of herself, Andi bent down and quickly, but considerately stacked Thalia’s books up, after receiving a bone-chilling glare from the librarian. A stare like that and even fire would freeze. Okay, so that was a lame expression Andi thought to herself, before asking Thalia, “What are you working on?”, not that she really cared about academics, but was in need of getting her mind off of things.

Thalia gave Andi a quick glance. Now her books were out of order. Not that she'd say that. "Erm, some form of Goblin shit." That, my friends, was a traditional Thalia answer. And here was Francesca, torturer of cats. Wow, she had a title now!
"Hello, Bane of My Cat's Existence," Thalia said lightheartedly, picking up the nearest book on Goblins.
"How's the cat torturing these days?" Oh, Francesca had long since finished torturing poor Mushu. She said these things more out of habit than anything.

Nodding once to Andrea, Francesca brushed some hair out of eyes. Looking quickly to Thalia, hearing her mention something about goblins. Walking a couple feet to another shelf, she pulled out a rather large book and walked calmly back to Thalia and Andrea. Holding the book out to Thalia, she thought of how to word it. And ended up with a few words. "There. Section two has a lot of information about goblins." Francesca stated, not bothering to lower her voice to a whisper.
"Hm, reading the dictionary, I assume?" She asked, raising an eyebrow at Thalia, resuming her leaning on the shelf. "Ooh, wonderful. You might want to check the Slytherin Common Room, dear. I kinda gave Mushu to a...certain slytherin to baby sit him." Francesca lied, knowing she really didn't bother messing with that cat anymore.

Goblin shit. Just the answer that Andi had learned to ignore over the years. She replied with a gentle laugh and a “Nice,”. She didn’t mind Thalia’s company and before asking whether or not it was alright with her friend, she sat down, legs crossed, beside the pile of books, her back resting against the shelf, which she hoped wouldn’t knock down with her weight. She tapped her fingers on her knee, not knowing what to say and didn’t stop her eyes from widening at the comments being made about Mushu.
