Well this was a great start to the school year. Sun and smiles throughout the whole train journey yet as soon as everyone got off... rain. And lots of it. In the space of five minutes, Ara had gone from warm and dry to dripping wet and pissed off. This was because her 'friends', in an oh so desperate bid to show how much they loved Ara, were so worried about their hair that they'd ran screaming to the nearest carraige and left her behind. Usually Ara liked the rain- there was just something magical about how the way ground seemed to shine when it was wet. And anyway, it was just water and, as most seemed to forget, hair dries.
Cursing everyone in the world under her breath, she waited for the next carraige to come. Then she waited some more. And then some more. So now she was alone, cold, wet, pissed off and impatient. This really wasn't her day, was it?

people change and promises are broken clouds can move and skies will be wide open Shaking his head, drops of water flew everywhere. It was pouring out, and now he had goose bumps and wet clothing, not exactly his most enjoyable moment. And to top it off, Aaron had tripped and fell into a mud puddle. So, here he was, leaning on some random wet tree, waiting for a carriage. He roughly slid his hand down his arm, wiping off some mud quickly. Thank god he had worn a tee shirt, it was much easier than a long sleeved one. Only one half of his shirt had gotten mud on it, and half of his leg jeans leg too. Aaron's trunk with everything in it was on the ground, tipped over onto its side. Currently, he really didn't have to most welcoming look.
The twins had gone who-knows-where, probably already on a carriage to the castle. As rain hit his arm, he attempted to brush off more mud, which was slowly washing off. Looking up, he spotted a silhouette, and nearly jumped and yelled. "Holy fuck. What are you? A ninja?" He said, his heart beating past, and taking deep breaths. Right now, he wasn't really aware of who the person was, and talking to them wasn't the smartest thing he would possibly do. Aaron's wand was in his truck, and little did he know, this person could possibly be some evil person sneaking in to Hogwarts.
Regaining his breath and normal heart beat, he tried to figure out if this person was a female or male. Chances are, a female. Or a really feminine looking guy. Hopefully, if this girl was evil and attempted to attack him, she would be weaker and shorter. At least, she looked shorter. Wait. What the hell was he thinking? Aaron should be looking on the brighter, amazing side. Okay. Brighter side. Maybe this girl was nice, and didn't want to kill him. Looking up quickly, the rain started pouring harder. They were going to pay. They were going to pay so badly for leaving her stranded in the pouring rain to wait for a carraige that Ara would then have to share with a bunch of random strangers that she didn't know who could bloody well be mass-murderers, or Slytherins or Peter bloody Pettigrew... Yup. This day really couldn't get any worse. Because now her imagination had decided to join in and attempt to liven things up by trying to give the girl paranoia too. Cold, wet, Pissed off, Alone, Impatient and Paranoid. What a truly lovely combination she had going on here.
... Shit. Take alone off the list. Ara spun around, searching for where the voice had came from. Why on earth did she have to leave her wand in her trunk? And to make things even better, her friends had the trunk. And if they hadn't forgotten it and left it in the mud somewhere, it was at the castle. Either way- the damn thing still wasn't here with Ara and the freaky dude.
Slowly but surely Ara took a couple of steps closer to the voice until she could actually see what was there. Hmm. So her paranoia was clearly for nothing, as the boy certainly wasn't a random stranger of doom, or Peter Pettigrew. Yet she still had no idea who he was. The dude was just recognisable. Get it? "Of course I'm not a ninja. I'm a pirate. They're way cooler." Ara replied sarcastically. "Now who- or what- are you?"
