Ryan smirked and watched her. "Sure." He said teasingly. "That means you like it." He said with a laugh. Ryan frowned, he would have swung her again if she was holding out. "Aw, does little Leah like cling to me? You lied about the holding." He whispered and tried swinging her again but failed. "You little liar. " Ryan whispered playfully.
Walking over to the seat, he sat down, still holding her. "You must be liking this, hm? Am I irresistible?" He asked, still teasing greatly. He would probably be getting a slap soon though. He didn't know what else to say now.

[glow=purple,1,000] Leah ignored his teasings. Bitch. she thought. Bitch bitch bitch.. She held on to him a little tighter when he attempted to swing her again, not caring about what it did to his ego. She just wanted to stay away from the damned window. She didn't reply to him when he sat down. No way she'd give him the satisfaction. Then she noticed that she was in the absoulte perfect position. She brought her knee down hard, hitting him right in the balls. Then, she let go of him and climbed off his lap. She walked over to the window and quickly shut it, making sure not to look outside. The whole compartment was freezing. She sat down on the other seat, her arms crossed and a satisfied smirk on her face. "No, you're not." [/glow]

Ryan laughed. Then he realized, and yelled. "Holy shit, Leah! What the fuck is wrong with you? God damn it! Shit." He yelled at her, obviously in pain. Pulling out his wand, still in pain, he pointed it at her. Shaking his head, he put the wand back in his pocket. Closing his eyes, wincing in pain. He tried not groaning, right now seriously hating Leah. The train wobbled more harshly, making Ryan hope it fully freaked her out. He looked at her and hissed,"I hope this falls.".
Standing up, he walked out of the compartment. Well, he was hungry. And wanted to get away from Leah badly. No, he didn't regret swinging her. He walked up to the little trolley ladies and asked for some cookies. She handed him some, giving her a couple of galleons. Walking back to the compartment, he sat down, leaning on the window's wall. Ryan didn't even bother looking at her.

[glow=purple,1,000] Leah rolled her eyes, ignoring him shouting at her. She stared down his wand tip confidently, knowing full well he wouldn't hex her. She smirked when he put it away. So she'd guessed right. She didn't react at all to the train wobbeling, as to not give him the satisfaction."I hope it falls on top of you." she snapped as he walked out. She gave his retreating back the finger. "Bitch." she muttered. But, just in case, she took out her wand and cast a permanent sticking charm on the window. There. Now he wouldn't even be able to open it. When he opened the door and came back into the compartment, Leah noticed Scraps dart in as well. She lifted the cat into her lap, not caring that Ryan didn't like him. [/glow]

Ryan looked at and said,"I'd be glad. I'd be away from you.". He didn't care about the fucking cat anymore. Taking a bite from his cookie, he smirked at the train tilted to the right. He stood up, climbing up on the seat, pulling out parchment, an ink bottle, and a quill. Sitting back down in his seat, he pulled out his wand a muttered,'Lumos.'. He wrote neatly,
' Dear Headmaster, You may not know, but us students are stuck on a train on a thin bridge. It is wobbling and I have an annoying person in here. Wait, never mind that. You didn't read that. Please send help!
Ryan Matthew Marcoux.'.
He got Andre and tied it to his leg. Walking over to the window, he tried opening. "God damn it, Leah. Do you want no one to save us?" He asked, turning around to look at her, clearly annoyed.

[glow=purple,1,000] "Oh, bite me." Leah closed her eyes and leaned back against the window, petting Scraps. She stiffened slightly when the train rocked, but didn't say anything. She could hear him writing on the parchment. Good luck sending it. She thought, smirking slightly. Hopefully, they'd fix whatever the hell was wrong with the train or the tracks or whatever soon, and the train would move and they'd be off this god damn bridge. And if not, well then she'd go find some other friends immediatly. She opened her eyes and glanced up at him. "Go find another window, stupid." She said calmly. "Duh." [/glow]

"That would be weird." Ryan said with a smirk. He didn't care about her fear anymore. He looked at her as she said that and rolled his eyes. Then the train jerked and started moving once more. He sighed and crumpled up the paper, moving to stand on the seat once more. Having wrong opening the cage, he finally got it open. Throwing the paper in there, he put Andre in there gently, not wanting to hurt him at all. Andre hooted at the paper, and that made him take it out. He opened his trunk and stuffed it in there instead.
Sitting back down, he put his feet back on the seat, not caring. Ryan had no plans getting changed into robes, he would go into Hogwarts like this for all he cared. Running a hand through his soft brown hair, he was getting rather bored. The lights flickered back on, making his eyes now have to adjust to the sudden light. Still hearing the rain beat hard on the train, and the distant thunder, he rather hated it.

[glow=purple,1,000]Leah sighed. Oh, thank god the damn thing was moving again. Then they could get off the bloody bridge and she could get away from this complete idiot. Her eyes were still closed, although she heard Ryan fumbling with his owl's cage, and she felt Scraps stand up, but she paid no attention to either. When she heard Scraps hiss, she opened her eyes and reached down to pet him, but the cat jumped quickly across the gap between the seats and grabbed Ryan's ankel, sinking both his teeth and claws in. Leah put a hand over her mouth, not sure wether to laugh or get Scraps off of him. [/glow]

Ryan yelled at the cat clawing him, pulling out his wand and yelling, "Stupefy!". He watched the red light burst out of his wand, aiming the cat. "God damn it, Leah! What the fuck is wrong with your cat?" He yelled, trying to get the hexed cat detached from his ankle. "Get. off!" Ryan yelled at the thing, failing to get the claws out. "What if this fucking cat and rabies? Seriously, Leah!" He said softly to her, trying to get the thing off.
Finally getting the thing off, he held it by the back of the neck. "Take it then I'll fix it." He said softly to her, this was seriously worse then the shells. He frowned, standing up, smiling softly. Then he realized his ankle was bleeding rather badly.

[glow=purple,1,000] "Hey!" Leah yelled, standing up. The bitch! He hexed her cat! He fricking hexed her cat! She grabbed Scraps out of his hand and sat back down. "He doesn't have fucking rabies," She snapped, taking out her wand. She cast the counter-charm on the poor little cat, and as soon as he was revived he struggled to get away, giving Leah a long, deep gash in her arm, which she ignored. Scraps darted out of the compartment, his fur sticking up. Leah glared at Ryan, ignoring the fact that her left arm was bleeding badly [/glow]

Ryan tried not to laugh, and succeeded. "Leah," He said softly, moving closer to her. He held her left arm, aware she would pull away, so he flicked his arm at the wound and said,"Episkey.". Letting go and backing away, he sat down, healing his ankle. The light flickered off once again, making him groan. Pointing his wand at the floor to get the blood off, he muttered, "Tergeo.", then to the same as the seat.
Then the train jerked to a stop, making Ryan stand up quickly. It suddenly got colder, making Ryan look to Leah, then the compartment door. "What the hell?" He whispered stepped back as a dark figure came near. More then one, actually three. God damn it, they were Dementors. He pulled out his wand, thinking of him surfing. Gliding across the water,"Expecto Patronum!". The large Arabian horse burst out, rearing with a loud neigh. The dementors backed up, but it wasn't enough.
"Leah!" He said, it was freezing. And he felt as if there was no happiness out there. "Come on," He hissed to her, not really being mean this time. He kept trying to back up, finally, this back was on the window wall. The arabian horse was being forced back, making Ryan try to back it more forceful.

[glow=purple,1,000]Leah pulled her arm away from, giving him a dirty look. "I could've done that myself." She rolled her eyes, casting a quick charm to get rid of the blood on her jeans. She stiffened, feeling the cold air, and she turned towards the window, wondering if it'd opened somehow. No, it was still shut. She whirled around as the compartment door slid open. Holy shit. What were dementers doing on the train? She hadn't seen one of these since fourth year, when they'd studied Dementors and Patronas's in Defense Against the Dark Arts. She gasped a put a hand over her mouth. Oh God. She knew what was happening now, the dementors were making her think about her worst memories. She could hear, as if it was happening around her, the Headmaster calling her to his office in the middle of May during second year, and telling her that something had happened, and she needed to floo home immediatly. Then she could hear her father's voice, slightly shaky, as he explained that her mother's illness had gotten much worse, and the muggle doctor's didn't expect her to survive the night. She could feel herself starting to shake, and the color draining from her face. "Oh god...." She whispered. She snapped out of it when she heard Ryan call her name. She then noticed two of the dementors cornering Ryan, and the other coming towards her. She fumbled for her wand, and held it in a shaking hand. "E-Expecto Patronam!" She said, producing a wisp of silver smoke. She tried to think of a good memory, but couldn't think of anything. Then she remembered Scraps hissing and attacking Ryan. Yes, what about the time when she first got Scraps. "Expecto Patronam!" She succeeded this time, and the small robin burst from her wand, shooting through the dementor and flying around the compartment. The dementor fell back with a sound like a hiss, and then the robin turned and flew towards the other two, which were cornering Ryan. [/glow]

"Sure." Ryan said quickly. Then back to the Dementors. The horse was starting to fade, oddly, trying to think of a better memory. But then his worst memory came. 'Ryan Matthew Marcoux! Where the hell where you? You could have died out there in the woods for all we knew! You are never going on a god damn horse again!' His mother screamed, pointing at his face madly. 'I clearly told you I didn't want to go on that horse! Or even any horse! But no. Dad and you don't even give a damn about me.'. Ryan yelled, backing up from her. He was just sixteen, and the first time on a horse they expected him to be perfect? That stupid wizarding school is full of bull shit if you ask-, Ryan cutting her off with yelling,I never fucking asked you!' . Elizabeth made him back up, pressed again the wall. Then she walked away, towards where he kept all this wizarding possessions. Coming back with his books and wand, she hid them in the cabinet. 'You touch them and they're going out in the ocean. You will never talk to me like that, you understand? She screamed, and Ryan nodded. He walked to his room, annoyed. Oh, how he hated that memory. Yes, he got un-grounded the next week, his mother finally calming down about the situation. He didn't get his possessions back though until the last day of August, rather glad that he finished all his essays before that whole fight. Destin did continue to tease him about it, making silly little jokes and always bringing it up at dinner. The whole thing got Ryan extremely annoyed. Watching her cast the patronus, he thought of another memory. He just thought of water tubing in the summer, the hot breezes coming. Then a wave running over him quickly. The horse gained more strength and cast the rest of dementors away. He sighed and flicked his wand, the horse going back in. He sat down, well more like nearly laid down on the seat, closing his eyes. But then he held himself up with his elbow, looking at her curiously. "I expected you to let them get me." He said, cocking his head. He expected that out of someone who hated him for probably multiple reasons. Moving his eyes to the carpet ground, looking at the little red fabric pieces. Then back up to Leah,"Leah, look, I'm sorry about the cat thing. And the window thing. I really shouldn't have done that, I was being a jerk.". Surprised with himself for actually apologizing, it was weird for him. The lights flickered back on, and the happiness drifted back to his delight. This girl actually nearly saved his life. His stomach growled, and then the train started moving once more. He wanted to get to Hogwarts as soon as possible. Realizing he should have ate before he left for the Hogwarts Express. Not caring about the sorting much, he didn't know those little eleven year olds at all. Probably none of them were going to be important to him anyways. Ryan just wanted the amazing food that was always served to them. But that one scene of his mother and him kept running in this head. He hated it. Ryan was the one that wasn't really use to the yelled and threats from girls, mostly his mother. Regularly, they barely talked each day. They weren't very close, which kinda bothered him, but he couldn't do anything about it. Nothing. Oh well.

[glow=purple,1,000] Leah could still hear her father's shaking voice in her head, replaying over and over. The robin disappeared completly, as she remembered another memory. It was later that night, in the muggle hospital. Her mother was in the muggle hospital, and Leah's brother and her father had already spent some time talking to her mother, and it was Leah's turn. Her mother took her hand and smiled weakly at her. Leah could remember the muggle machine in the background that was beeping in time with her mother's heartbeat. It was starting to get really annoying. Leah had spoken to her mum for quite a while, telling her all about Hogwarts and what she did and what she was learning. She wanted to show her mother some magic, but she knew that was wrong. Suddenly her mum started coughing. She had lung cancer, so it wasn't un-common for her to have coughing fits. So Leah waited for it to be over. But it didn't end. And then the beeping on the heart monitor started to speed up, and then it slowed greatly. Muggle doctors had run into the room and were swarming around her mothers bed, all talking at once and shouting orders. She wasn't sure what was going on, but she understood when she heard the monitor stop completly. Even though the dementors had left, Leah could still hear the sound of that monitor beeping, inside her head. She slowly fell to her knees, her wand falling from her hand onto the floor. She closed her eyes and pressed her hands to her ears, trying to make the sound of it stop. But it was no use, the sound was inside her head. She was aware that Ryan was speaking to her. She just didn't know what he was saying. She could feel herself shaking.

Ryan looked and her, standing up. Walking over to her with caution, sitting down next to her. What the fuck was wrong with her now ? This is what he gets for apologizing? "Leah," He whispered softly, putting his arm around her. "Come on, Leah....Leah." Whispering that in her ear, looking at her. He picked up her wand, looking around for something. Not daring to use Aguamenti to try to get her out of it, it would probably get her more pissed.
"Leah." He whispered, trying to pull her hands off. His ankle was starting to go extremely cold from the spell making him go,"Ow.". He shook her shoulders and shouted,"Leah!". Ryan didn't know the details of a seizure or a heart attack because he had never witness one. Picking her up, he sat down on the seat, looking at her. "Come on, Leah, snap out of it." He whispered.
